£3 per child. Free for Friends of Royston Museum

Hubble, bubble, toil and trouble! Get stuck into some spooky goings at Royston Museum this half term. Get up close to real objects from our past, make fun crafts to take home and much more.

This exhibition has been put together by Tallulah Gittens-McNamara, En Qi He (Kiki) and Theo Bryant-Nunes as part of their work experience during July 2024.  â€‹Richard Croft designed costumes for well-known TV shows including Dr Who and Blackadder. In the early 2000's his designs were donated to the Museum by his mother who lived in Therfield.

400 Years of Golf

Discover 400 years of golf in Royston, starting with the first recorded game of golf played outside of Scotland by an Englishman in 1624.

Knit and Natter

Bring your yarn and latest knitting or crochet project and come and have a natter with like-minded people. Tea and coffee provided. Bring your own materials. All abilities welcome.

Printing Group

Use the museum's Victorian printing press to create lino prints within the Museum's unique environment. Tea, coffee and materials provided.

Drawing Group

Using the museum as inspiration, learn techniques and create artwork. Tea, coffee and materials provided. All abilities welcome.
