About the event

Mental Health Awareness Week happens every year. It aims to tackle stigma and help people understand and prioritise their and others' mental health. This year's theme is Community.  Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing. We thrive when we have strong connections with other people and supportive communities that remind us, we are not alone. Communities can provide a sense of belonging, safety, support in hard times, and give us a sense purpose.

Did you know that colouring can be good for your mental health? Spending time colouring can promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage mindfulness, making it a useful tool for managing unhelpful thoughts and feelings.

During Mental Health Awareness Week, we'll have free colouring available for everyone. It doesn't matter if you're 5, 35 or 65, we'll have a range of colouring forโ€ฆ
